Scorpion Cocktail

Preparation:

Combine 120 ml of blended aged rum, 60 ml of lemon juice, 45 ml each of orange juice and orgeat (almond syrup), and 30 ml each of brandy and gin in a blender. Add 1 cup of crushed ice and blend until completely chilled. Strain into a large shallow glass and add a few ice cubes. Garnish with an edible flower and a lemon wedge. Serve with two straws.
