Ingredients:

  • 2 short farm cucumbers, cut into sticks

  • Half a head of cauliflower, cut into 2.5cm pieces.
  • 1 cup pearl onions
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp celery seeds

Preparation:

  1. Combine cucumbers, bell peppers, cauliflower, and pearl onions in a large glass jar with a lid.
