Swedish Mini Meatballs in the Air Fryer topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of white bread
- 0.5 cups of milk
- 220 g of ground beef
- 220 g of minced pork
- 1/4 onion, grated
- 3/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1 large egg
- Cooking spray to spray
- Lingonberry jam, for serving
- Special equipment: air grill with a capacity of 3.5 liters.
Preparation:
- Place the bread in a medium bowl and soak in milk for 5 minutes. Squeeze out any excess milk and tear the bread into bite-sized pieces. Mix the bread with the ground beef, pork, onion, allspice, egg, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of freshly ground black pepper. Form into small balls, each about 1 tablespoon in size.
- Spray the basket of a 3.5-quart air fryer with cooking spray and fill it with the meatballs. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and cook, shaking the bowl once, until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Serve with lingonberry jam.
