Ingredients:
- 110 g butter
- 60 g of dark chocolate
- 60 g semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 and 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 cups premium flour
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 220°C. Spray four muffin tins with cooking spray and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, microwave the butter, dark chocolate, and semisweet chocolate on high until melted, about 1 minute. Then whisk until the chocolate is melted. Stir in the powdered sugar. Stir in the eggs and egg yolks, then add the vanilla extract. Stir in the flour. Divide the batter evenly among the molds.
- Bake until the sides of the cupcakes are set and the centers are soft, about 13 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Invert onto individual plates while still warm and serve with vanilla ice cream.
