Preparation:Turn a 1½-pound container of strawberry ice cream on its side and cut it into 1-inch-thick slices with a large serrated knife; remove the cardboard. Using a 2-inch cookie cutter, cut out hearts from the ice cream, place them on a wire rack set on a baking sheet, and freeze for 30 minutes. For the frosting, combine 3 oz. of chopped chocolate with 3 tbsp. coconut oil in a bowl; melt in the microwave, stirring in 30-second intervals, until smooth.
