"Banana split" with mini bananas

Preparation:

Pierce 8 unpeeled mini bananas in several places with a knife. Bake on a baking sheet at 375°F (190°C) until soft, 12-15 minutes. Let cool slightly. Slice the bananas in half lengthwise, cutting through the peel. Top with coconut ice cream and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
