Stir-fry of Chinese cabbage topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 head of Chinese cabbage, washed and thinly sliced
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. l. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. dark sesame oil
Preparation:
- Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the cabbage and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and rice vinegar, stir well, and cook until the cabbage wilts, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil.
