Galettes topped with poppy seeds, sesame seeds and dried onions

Preparation:

With a fork, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup whole-milk yogurt, 2 teaspoons poppy seed, sesame, and dried onion mixture, 1 teaspoon each baking powder and coarse salt, and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. Cover the dough and let rest for 20 minutes. Using floured hands, shape the dough into a 10 x 12-inch rectangle on a floured baking sheet. Bake (on the parchment) on a hot pizza stone at 450°F (245°C) until golden brown on the bottom, 8 minutes. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with additional poppy seed, sesame, and dried onion mixture.
