Quick Pasta Puttanesca topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 220 g farfalle pasta
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 can (800 g) of canned plum tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. capers, dried
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Red pepper flakes
- 0.5 cups black olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Preparation:
- Cook farfalle pasta according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic until golden brown. Use kitchen shears to slice the tomatoes and add them to the pan.
- Add capers, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes to taste. Add olives and cook for 10-15 minutes. Add parsley. Serve with cooked farfalle pasta.
