Campari Tonic with Fried Orange

Preparation:

Lightly brush the orange slices with vegetable oil and grill over medium heat, turning, until charred all over, about 2 minutes.

For one serving: Squeeze a slice of roasted orange into the glass and toss it in. Add ice, 60 ml of Campari, and 120 ml of chilled tonic. Garnish with a large green olive.
