Ingredients:
- 1 liter of store-bought chocolate pudding
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- Raspberries for topping
Preparation:
- Place the finished chocolate pudding into ramekins. Sprinkle each serving with 1 heaping tablespoon of cane sugar or raw sugar.
- Caramelize the sugar using a kitchen torch. Garnish with raspberries.
