Delicate miso dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp. l. rice vinegar

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, miso, mirin, vinegar, and 2 tablespoons water. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
