Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp. dark sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Preparation:
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and a generous pinch of salt.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of water and a couple of turns of the black pepper grinder.
