Chicken rolls with bacon and cheese topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 8 chicken fingers or thinly sliced breasts, pounded and cut in half
- 2 packages of 85g cream cheese, softened
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- 16 strips of bacon
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Top each chicken piece with 1 teaspoon of cream cheese and 1/4 teaspoon of chopped jalapeño. Roll each stuffed chicken piece into a log and wrap with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Note You can also grill the appetizer on an outdoor grill for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
