Ingredients:
- 1 cup premium flour
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 0.5 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 60 g unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup finely chopped semisweet chocolate
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt and set aside. In a large bowl, beat the butter, dark brown sugar, granulated sugar, sour cream, and vanilla extract with a mixer on medium-high speed until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Add the flour mixture and mix on low speed until smooth. Use a silicone spatula to fold in the chocolate chips. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
