Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp coarse salt
- 1 and 3/4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sweet coconut flakes
- 1 cup candied pecans, chopped
- 0.5 tbsp. semi-sweet chocolate mini granules
Preparation:
- Position a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine the butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl. Add the rolled oats and stir to distribute evenly. Spread the granola on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake until golden brown and crispy, 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let cool completely on the baking sheet. Top with coconut flakes, candied pecans, and chocolate chips. Granola can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days..
