Ingredients:

  • 110 g chopped dark chocolate
  • Milk 3.2% fat
  • Espresso coffee

Preparation:

  1. Microwave 110g chopped dark chocolate with 1/4 cup water at 50% power until melted, 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Pour the chocolate into 4 small mugs, add a shot of hot espresso and top with milk.
