Ingredients:
- 4 slices of white sandwich bread
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jelly
- A pinch of ground chipotle pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans
- 3 fresh strawberries, sliced
- Half a banana, sliced into rounds
- 4 strips of fried bacon
Preparation:
- Toast the bread, then spread peanut butter and jelly on 2 slices of toast. Sprinkle the jelly with chipotle powder and top with pecans, strawberries, and bananas. Top with bacon and the remaining toast. Slice in half and serve.
