Yogurt parfait with berries

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 cups mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and/or blackberries)
  • 1 liter of plain natural yogurt
  • Granola

Preparation:

  1. Wash and dry the berries; if using strawberries, peel and cut into pieces.
  2. Spoon a layer of yogurt into 4 separate glass bowls or glasses. Top with a layer of berries and sprinkle with a layer of granola. Repeat the layers 1-2 more times, depending on the height of the bowls, finishing with a layer of granola.
