Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
Preparation:
- Place 1.5 cups quick-cooking oats on a baking sheet and toast in the oven at 175°C for 10 minutes.
- Let cool completely. Transfer to a bowl and add 1/3 cup each of coconut, chocolate-hazelnut spread, and crunchy peanut butter, 1/4 cup honey, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt; mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 tablespoon each. Roll 1/3 cup salted sunflower seeds and 2 tablespoons sesame seeds in the mixture, pressing to adhere.
