Ingredients:
- 60 ml. dry vermouth
- 30 ml. Benedictine
- 7 ml of absinthe
- 1 orange zest curl
Preparation:
- Pour vermouth, Benedictine and absinthe into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass. Squeeze orange zest into the drink, then rim the glass with the zest and garnish. Drink immediately.
