Ingredients:
- 3 cups of oatmeal
- 1 cup of seed mixture
- 1 cup of nuts
Preparation:
- Combine 3 cups rolled oats, 1 cup mixed seeds, 1 cup chopped nut mixture, 1/4 cup coconut flakes, and a pinch each of salt and cinnamon. Stir in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 3 tablespoons honey.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes at 160°C, stirring once. Let cool; stir 2 tablespoons of the dried fruit mixture into the granola.
