Ingredients:
- 900 g of watermelon pulp, seeded and diced
- 220 g of hulled strawberries
- 170 g of raspberries
- 0.5 cups of sugar
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)
- Special equipment: 8 freezer containers with lids, 240 ml each
Preparation:
- Add the watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, sugar, and lime juice to a blender and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture into 8 containers with plastic lids. Freeze for 4 hours for a firmer puree, or 3 hours for a softer puree.
