Italian beef stew

Ingredients:

  • 900 g of beef for stewing, cut into 2.5 cm cubes.
  • 1 package (400 g) frozen pearl onions
  • 1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes with Italian herbs
  • 1 package (340 g) of small carrots
  • 1 packet (45 g) of garlic and herb sauce mix
  • 0.5 cups lightly salted beef broth
  • 1 packet (14 g) of pesto sauce mix

Preparation:

  1. In a 4-quart slow cooker, combine the meat, onion, tomatoes with the liquid from the can, carrots, and garlic sauce mixture. In a small bowl, combine the broth and pesto mixture. Pour everything into the slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
