Ingredients:
- 250 g beef
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g green beans
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 20 g ginger
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Rice noodles
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the frozen beef into thin strips. Halve the tomatoes and chop the garlic. Peel and chop the ginger.
- Fry the beef in oil for 3 minutes, add the garlic and beans, stir, and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the ginger and tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Place rice noodles in boiling water and leave for 5 minutes, then drain the water.
- Combine all ingredients.
