Big Island Punch

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml white rum
  • 15 ml elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germaine
  • 60 ml. pineapple juice
  • 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 30 ml mango juice or mango nectar
  • Ice
  • Spiced rum
  • 7 ml of grenadine
  • Lime wheel for garnish
  • Orange slice for decoration
  • Pineapple wedge (unpeeled) for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Combine spirits and juices in a shaker. Shake well, then strain over ice into a tall glass.
  2. Top with spiced rum and grenadine. Garnish with lime and orange slices and a pineapple wedge.
