Tea cocktail with vodka topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp of water
- 1/4 tbsp. agave syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 tea bags
- 2 cups ice cubes + extra for serving
- 2 cups of vodka
- 0.5 cup mint leaves + sprigs for garnish
- 1 can of ginger ale
Preparation:
- In a medium saucepan, combine water, agave syrup, and sugar and bring to a boil over high heat. Turn off the heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and add 2 cups of ice cubes. Once the tea has cooled, add the vodka.
- Before serving, add a few ice cubes to each glass with 2-3 fresh mint leaves and stir. Add tea, filling the glasses three-quarters full, and top with ginger ale. Stir and garnish each glass with a sprig of mint.
