Ingredients:
Smoothie base
- 0.5 cup almond milk
- 0.5 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup of ice
Green
- 1 cup baby spinach
- Half a green apple, diced
- Juice of half a lime
Orange
- 0.5 cups carrot juice
- 0.5 cup frozen peaches, diced
Violet
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Red
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 tbsp cashew paste
Yellow
- 0.5 cup diced mango
- Half a banana
- A pinch of turmeric
Preparation:
- Combine almond milk, yogurt and ice in a blender and blend.
- Choose the color of your smoothie and add the ingredients for that color to a blender. Blend on low speed first, then increase to high and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
