Smoothies of all the colors of the rainbow

Ingredients:

    Smoothie base

  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of ice

    Green

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • Half a green apple, diced
  • Juice of half a lime

    Orange

  • 0.5 cups carrot juice
  • 0.5 cup frozen peaches, diced

    Violet

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

    Red

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 tbsp cashew paste

    Yellow

  • 0.5 cup diced mango
  • Half a banana
  • A pinch of turmeric

Preparation:

  1. Combine almond milk, yogurt and ice in a blender and blend.
  2. Choose the color of your smoothie and add the ingredients for that color to a blender. Blend on low speed first, then increase to high and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
