Ingredients:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 220 g butter
- 1 egg
- 2 cups premium flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 170-220 g semi-sweet chocolate granules
- Various toppingsIngredients: granola, chopped nuts, colorful sprinkles, mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, crushed candies, caramel sauce
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Combine the butter and brown sugar in a large bowl. Add the egg and mix well. Add the flour, vanilla extract, and salt and mix well. Spread the dough on a baking sheet in a 0.5-1 cm thick layer.
- Bake until lightly browned, 15-18 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the cake. Return to the oven for 1 minute. Remove and spread the melted chocolate over the top. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings and let the cake cool. Cut into squares.
