Beer cocktail with strawberries topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 2 cans (450 ml) of chilled light beer
- 120 ml elderflower liqueur
- 2 tsp bitters
Preparation:
- Combine 1 1/2 cups quartered strawberries, 3 tablespoons sugar, and 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar in a pitcher. Stir with a wooden spoon, then let sit until the sugar dissolves, about 10 minutes.
- Add two 450 ml cans of chilled lager, 120 ml of elderflower liqueur and 2 teaspoons of bitters. Serve over ice.
