Stuffed Shishito Peppers topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 200 g shishito peppers
- 100 gr. grated manchego cheese (about 1 cup)
- 170 g thin slices of Serrano ham
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 230°C.
- Make a 3-4 cm slit lengthwise in each pepper. Fill the peppers with cheese. Wrap each stuffed pepper with a small slice of ham.
- Place the peppers on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until the ham is golden brown and the cheese is melted, 15-20 minutes.
