Bloody Mary-style cocktail topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle (960 ml) of clam and tomato cocktail (preferably Clamato)
- 280 ml of vodka
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed garlic
- 8 drops hot sauce (preferably Tabasco)
- Fresh vegetables for serving: such as celery stalks, peeled whole carrots, pickled asparagus, pitted olives, pickled pearl onions, pickled mushrooms, pickled gherkins, pimento and large capers
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher. Skewer smaller pieces of vegetables using cocktail skewers.
- Serve drinks in glasses over ice with snacks on skewers.
