Mayonnaise dressing with soy sauce and sesame seeds

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. dark sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and a generous pinch of salt. Stir in 2 tablespoons of water.
  2. Season with freshly ground black pepper (2 turns of a spice grinder) and mix until smooth.
