Ingredients:
- 3 stalks celery, including leaves, plus extra for serving
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp chopped shallots
- Juice of two limes
- Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops of Tabasco sauce, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 bottle (1 liter) tomato juice
Preparation:
- Chop the celery into large cubes and place in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Add the horseradish, shallot, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, celery salt, and coarse salt and process until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a large pitcher, add the tomato juice, and stir. Pour into glasses and serve, garnished with a celery stalk and leaves.
