Ingredients:
- 120 ml plain low-fat soy milk
- 120 ml of acai, grape or pomegranate juice
- 110 g frozen banana
- 110 g frozen strawberries
- 110 g frozen blueberries
- 110 g frozen peaches
Preparation:
- Combine soy milk, acai juice, banana, strawberries, blueberries, and peaches in a blender. Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 8 hours.
- In the morning, or when the fruit is partially defrosted, place the bowl on the blender base, turn on the lowest speed, and slowly increase to medium. Blend at medium speed for 1 minute. Increase the speed to high and blend for another minute. Serve immediately.
