Ingredients:
Pork
- 600 g pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
Pork seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt
Preparation:
- In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.Garlic powder, oregano, cumin, coriander, thyme, and salt. Mix everything with a fork until the seasoning is smooth. We'll use this mixture to thoroughly rub the pork. Using dry hands, sprinkle the herb mixture over the tenderloin, then rub the spices into the sides of the meat, pressing gently to ensure they adhere well.
- Preheat oven to 230°C.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the tenderloin to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, until browned on each side. Use tongs to turn the meat.
- Transfer the tenderloin to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Cut into medallions and serve.
