Ingredients:

  • 500-700 g of thinly sliced ​​baked beef

    Marinating sauce:

  • 3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 2-3 tbsp vegetable or butter for frying
  • Hot pepper seeds (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Place the beef slices in the sauce for at least an hour. Fry them in a skillet with oil for 4 minutes on each side or until tender.
