Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 0.5 l of green mint ice cream with chocolate pieces
  • 1 teaspoon natural mint extract
  • 3 tablespoons dark rum
  • Whipped cream, mint sprigs for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Pour the milk, ice cream, mint extract, and rum into a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 15 seconds. Pour into 2 chilled glasses and garnish with whipped cream and mint sprigs.
