Black cherry ice cream with chocolate sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 liters of black cherry ice cream
  • A splash of French Chambord liqueur, made with blackberries and raspberries, or cherry vodka (or any cherry liqueur)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • Ready-made whipped cream (in a can)

Preparation:

  1. For each dessert, place 2 scoops of black cherry ice cream in cocktail glasses or dessert plates. Add a splash of liqueur. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and garnish with a rose of whipped cream.
