Frozen mojito

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar syrup (take equal parts sugar and water and cook until the sugar dissolves)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 12 fresh mint leaves, plus sprigs for garnish
  • 110 ml white rum
  • 2 cups crushed ice

Preparation:

  1. Combine the simple syrup, lime juice, and mint leaves in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the rum and crushed ice, and blend until foamy. Pour into 2 rocks glasses and garnish with mint sprigs.
