Ingredients:
- 30 ml of absinthe
- 1 cube of sugar
- 90 ml of chilled water
- Special equipment: absinthe spoon
Preparation:
- Pour absinthe into a rock glass. Place an absinthe spoon on the rim of the glass and place a sugar cube on the spoon.
- Slowly pour water over the sugar cube, allowing the sugar to dissolve in the glass. Stir with an absinthe spoon. Serve the cocktail without ice.
