Cranberry Apple Dip topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 350 g fresh cranberries, peeled
- 1 and 3/4 cups sugar
- 1 green Granny Smith apple, peeled and chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Preparation:
- Simmer the cranberries with the sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan over low heat for about 5 minutes, until the berries burst.
- Add the apple, citrus zest and juice and cook for another 15 minutes. Remove from heat, cool, and serve.
Exit: 2.5 tbsp.
