Ingredients:
Cocktail
- 350 g (1.5 cups) frozen lemon concentrate or lemon juice, thawed
- 1.5 cups vanilla or plain vodka
- One 750ml bottle of pink champagne, chilled
- Sprigs of fresh mint
Vanilla vodka
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of vodka
- 3 vanilla pods
Preparation:
- Combine the lemon juice and vodka in a pitcher. Stir slowly with the champagne. Pour the cocktail into glasses filled with ice and garnish with mint sprigs.
- Vanilla vodka:
Place 3 vanilla beans in a 750 ml bottle of vodka. Place the bottle in a cool, dark place for at least 10 days to allow the vodka to absorb the vanilla flavor. Open the bottle periodically during the infusion.
