Latte “Grand Cafe”

Ingredients:

  • 2 (35 ml each) shots of hot espresso
  • 340 ml of milk, heated to 65°C

Preparation:

  1. First, pour the espresso into a glass. Add heated milk to fill the glass 3/4 of the way, using the back of a spoon. Garnish the drink with a velvety foam of heated milk.
