Ingredients:
- 3 medium plum tomatoes
- 1 cup parsley
- 2 medium stalks celery, plus 1 extra stalk for garnish
- 3 medium kale leaves with stems
- 1/2 large juicy lemon, peeled
- 60 ml pepper vodka
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
Preparation:
- Following your juicer's instructions, juice the produce in this order: tomatoes and parsley (together), celery, kale, and lemon.
- Stir in vodka, celery salt and a little ground pepper.
- Serve immediately in a tall glass with ice. Garnish with a celery stalk and leaves.
