Cucumber Sangria with Elderflower Liqueur

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml. pink cucumber gin, such as Hendrix
  • 250 ml elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain
  • 1 tbsp. limeada
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced ​​into rounds (about 3 cups)
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio
  • Sprigs of fresh mint for garnish
  • Ice for serving

Preparation:

  1. In a decanter or pitcher, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, limeade, wine, and cucumber slices. Seal and refrigerate for 3 hours to allow the cucumbers to release their juices into the cocktail.
  2. Serve in wide, short glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint.
