Potato dumplings with green peastopcook.tomathouse.comPreparation:In a large bowl, combine 2 tablespoons each mayonnaise, sour cream, and chopped chives, 1 tablespoon each apple cider vinegar and chopped dill, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, and a pinch of salt.Boil 400g of frozen potato vareniki (mini vareniki are best for this recipe) for 5-10 minutes after they float to the surface, adding 1 cup of frozen green peas. Drain in a colander and rinse under cold water. Drain and add to the dressing; season with salt and pepper. Shake to combine. Chill and serve. Ingredients: |
