Preparation:

Separate 1 large head of bibb lettuce into leaves. Place in a large bowl, stirring in 2 tablespoons each of torn basil, dill, parsley, and mint. Drizzle with the juice of half a lemon and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
