Ingredients:
Dessert
- 4 bananas, peeled and cut in half crosswise, then lengthwise
- 2 tbsp (30 g) butter
- Juice of 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- A pinch of salt
Sour cream cream
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp. l. brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation:
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the bananas and cook until they begin to caramelize. Add the orange juice, sugar, and salt and cook for another 1-2 minutes. The bananas should be well-browned, and the orange juice and sugar should form a glaze (add a tablespoon of water if necessary).
- Serve on a dessert plate with a spoonful of sour cream.
Sour cream cream: In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
