Devil's eggs with crab meat topcook.tomathouse.com
Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half, remove the yolks
- 110 g of crab meat in pieces
- Half a stalk of celery, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp mascarpone, room temperature
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tbsp chopped chives
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, celery, mascarpone cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold the crab mixture into the egg white halves.
- Place the deviled eggs on a platter and serve.
